For weddings, we recommend booking 4–6 months ahead — peak Saturdays book out earlier. For corporate and private events, 6–8 weeks is typically sufficient. For bespoke productions, the earlier the better so we can build your custom concept.
Yes. While most of our work is across NYC, NJ, and the tri-state, we travel nationally and internationally for bespoke productions. Travel and accommodations are added to your investment.
Every Crespita performer is professionally trained, vetted, and rehearsed for your specific event. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and provide certificates of insurance to your venue upon request.
Yes — bespoke productions are our specialty. Themed activations, multi-performer reveals, branded corporate concepts, and custom choreography are all available for events that call for something one-of-a-kind.
Three steps: submit your inquiry below, receive a custom proposal within one business day, and sign your agreement with a 50% deposit to lock the date. The remaining balance is due before the event.
